Pumpkin EVERYTHING!

Scrumptididdilyicious is a word used around our home often...mostly by our 4 year old and usually if it involves a sweet treat. I love an excuse to cook or bake. I had one this last week, a girls gathering to learn more about our new serving roles at Breaking Free.

I had seen these amazing things come through my blog feeder from one of my faves, Annie's Eats and immediately flagged the post. I love this time of year where everything smells of cloves and apples. I am not a pumpkin pie fan and for many years stayed clear away from any other pumpkin dessert. But my mom made pumpkin bars (I ate them for the cream cheese frosting) and my tune started to change. Then my friend sent pumpkin waffle makings when we had her son overnight and booooyyyy were they delicious! So I strapped on my apron, got out my mixer and enjoyed an afternoon of baking. I know my camera doesn't hold a candle to the professionals, but hey, I still like to document:
