Song: Hosanna
This track has been played hundreds of times in the last 18 months. This song makes me a big blubbery mess almost every single time I hear it (Kate Freer is outstanding on this CD!). I distinctly remember attending the Ash Wednesday service at Lino only 3 days before leaving for Louisiana and making the lyrics below my prayer for the mission trip. I cried and cried. I heard this song again recently at EBC-Spring Lake Park and decided that I need to intentionally listen to this song in the morning and make it my daily prayer...

I need to start every single day looking to God to do this.

Right now it's Healing Is In Your Hands by Christy Nockels. But I realized today that instead of it making me cry, today it made me SMILE. We are more than conquerors!
Hosanna also convicts me and makes me tear up every time. And I would say Revelation Song is a close second. They both just reach into my soul.
I love Hosanna too! But my absolute favorite right now is How He Loves by David Crowder.
He is jealous for me, Loves like a hurricane, I am a tree, Bending beneath the weight of his wind and mercy.

I LOVE music and I LOVE listening to the words of songs. I think that is one of the ways I connect and worship God best - through music and taking the words of the song and lifting them up to worship our awesome God.
One of the songs that gets me EVERY time is Glory to God Forever by Fee. LOVE IT. Much like Hosanna, this song challenges me everyday to live my life for God in everything I'm doing - words, actions, thoughts. I fail miserably sometimes, but I want to live my life as if it's not my own because it's really not.
