Heath had this night planned for a good month beforehand-it was a surprise for both Brevin and I. We drove past Prior Lake, Shakopee and Jordan before turning off the main road. We headed a few miles off on dark roads-I was really beginning to wonder what we were in for.
When we got there, we were definitely surprised! It was an apple orchard that turns into a winter wonderland for Christmas. They had a buffet dinner, a roaring fireplace, live accordian music and yummy desserts! All to be followed by a tractor ride into the field/woods that had Christmas light displays along the way.
It was a super fun family adventure night that could become a tradition going forward into 2009!!
