I have loved writing lately. This is not something I have always been able to say. I have a certain friend in Texas that has journals and journals full of writing. Me, not so much. It has always been a stark difference between us. Writing. I have lots of beautiful journals. But there are months and sometimes years between the pages. I am looking forward to this month to maybe embrace something new. Hey I turned 30 this summer, so why not?
Shredding. In case you didn't know, my hubs has always been 6'4" and a buck 60 pretty much since high school. It has only been since my pregnancy with Rowan and him turning 30 that this has started to shift. His metabolism has finally slowed down a bit. The little shifts he has experienced has made working out SO MUCH more fun. In years past when we worked out together I was always secretly annoyed because he was doing it for the betterment of his health (blah blah blah), not to lose 10 baby lbs. Now when we work out together he sweats, grunts and struggles with me. As much as my body hurts to get up and shred after working the clog booth for 12+ hours yesterday, it is becoming my favorite 30 minutes of the day.
I am keeping my focus on these few snippets as of late:
Lord humble me, help me choose joy, show me...

I love that Heath is shredding with you! And I love that you are writing in your blog. I do love reading your thoughts!
