Moving?

Greetings to you all! I just wanted to touch bases with you and let you know that our house is officially going to be listed today! With the market being the way it is, we have absolutely no idea how this is going to go. We know that we are in a good price point and that our house does kick some major booty so we will see...for those of you who are not in the loop, we are selling and looking to rent for a little bit. We are feeling that we have some other financial goals vs owning a home right now and to achieve them we will need to be minimizing our monthly spending. This has been in the works for about 6 months now. My business is going as well as can be expected with the limited time I have spent the last 2 months due to listing and finishing out my school year (Although, I do have some regular clients now). But after being laid off twice in one year, this was the decision we needed to make for right now.

To some of you this may be news, and to others, you have been a part of this process for awhile now. We just want to say thank you to a few people for their support through the last few months and making this very difficult decision. Some of you have helped with the actual decision process and affirming our reasons for moving forward and we can't tell you how much we appreciate that with all the pressures society can put on young people and others have helped with the labor piece. Thank you! A few shout outs...Grandma Dori next door has been fantastic. She helps with Brevin or whatever she can! Paul and Kari for being as crazy detailed as we are about the roof! The Dyers for your listening ears and advice! Tommy, Ryan and Beck for helping on the roof and weeding! John and Tammy-THANK YOU for helping our bathroom be complete! Tina and Carrie, you both listen to my endless ramblings...thank you!

Heath has been a rock star getting done the little things necessary to make this happen while still being a great dad and husband.

Please pray for us that we will have a buyer and find the right new home for the Vosbergs!
